  • A cheesecloth
  • A 1-litre jar

  1. Fill a 1-litre jar with cold water.
  2. Wrap the root of dried marshmallow in a cheesecloth and tie it up to make a bundle of it.
  3. Now put the marshmallow bundle in the jar so that it can get submerged in it.
  4. Put the tied end of the bundle at the mouth of the jar and cover it with lid, fuse it with the bundle’s thread.
  5. Let it (bundle of marshmallow root) be there (in the jar) overnight and after that remove the bundle from the jar.
  6. Put the jar’s water in a glass and add sugar or any sweetener of your choice.
  7. Consume this solution.
